Thrifted: $5 lampshade

Sometimes it's the littlest things that make you complete a project that's been going on, and on, and on, and never seems to be completed. In this case, all I needed was a lampshade as motivation to get the dry bar in order.

It was only $5 and had the prettiest chinoiserie shape. To boot, it had the cutest little friend. I don't know where I'm going to use the white one yet, but I loved the shape. 

 

I put it over one of these Blanc de Chine lamps I inherited, and I think it pulls the whole bar together.
